Xiaomi is going to unveil the Mi 5 in just a few hours, but a
retailer has already jumped the gun and published all the information
online. XiaomiDevice listed both the Xiaomi Mi5 and Xiaomi Mi5 Plus on its website with pictures, specs, and prices.
Since
this is a placeholder some of the information might not be accurate,
though from what we know, retailers are always in contact with handset
makers so these might just be the correct specs included in the Mi5.
Barra's
post indicates that the Snapdragon 820 SoC-powered Mi 5 will deliver an
insane performance. Barra may also be referring to the speed of the Mi
5's camera, which will be equipped with f/1.6 aperture lens and laser
autofocus, Ubergizmo reported.
On the other hand, Xiaomi Mi5 Plus
will boast a much larger 5.7-inch or 6-inch Quad HD display. It will be
powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor paired with 4GB of RAM
and 64GB of storage.
The Xiaomi Mi5 lineup is going to be release, so the speculations will be over soon.
