XAT 2021 Exam – Here is What You Should Know

Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2021 is an important national level MBA entrance exam. Here are some facts about the XAT exam 2021:

1.    It is conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur on behalf of Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI).

2.    XAT exam date should be the 1^st Sunday of January 2021. XAT 2020 was held on Sunday, 5^th January 2021.

3.    More than 150 colleges and 11 XAMI member colleges will accept the XAT 2021 score.

4.    XAT 2021 is an online (computer-based) exam.

5.    The exam duration is 3 hours. There are 97 to 100 questions.

6.    XAT 2021 will have four sections:

·        Decision Making – This section is unique to XAT exam

·        Verbal and Logical Ability

·        Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation

·        General Knowledge – This section is not included while calculating XAT cutoff percentile.

7.    For every correct answer there is +1 mark. There is negative marking of -0.25 or -1/4 marks.

8.    The XAT 2021 application process will begin in August 2020 and end by November 2020.

9.    The XAT 2021 admit card will be available for download from December 2020 till the exam day.

10. The average difficulty level of all the four sections is moderate to difficult. There is no defined syllabus for XAT exam. All projections are based on previous year question paper
