SNAP Exam Pattern

SNAP Exam which is an Entry parameter to admissions in Symbiosis Colleges tests Students on three major Sections.

1) General English
2) Analytical & Logical Reasoning
3) Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency

 

Exam Mode
SNAP is a computer based test.

 

Duration
The total Duration for SNAP Exam is 120 minutes.

 

Total Questions
SNAP Exam consists of a total of 110 questions. Section wise Question Break Up is as Follows.
1) General English consists of 34 Questions
2) Analytical & Logical Reasoning consists of 36 Questions
3) Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency consists of 35 Questions

Note - 5 Special Questions are also asked in Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency

 

Pattern for SNAP Exam has changed in 2019 and General Awareness which was a crucial section has been removed from the Exam this year. So Aspirants now need to Focus on these 3 sections only.

 

SNAP Exam consists of 2 types of Questions
1) Normal Questions
2) Special Questions

Marking Scheme for SNAP Exam

For General English & Analytical & Logical Reasoning section Students are allotted 1.5 marks per correct answer.
For Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency Students are allotted 1 mark per correct answer.
For Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency Special Questions Students are allotted 2 marks per correct answer.

 

Section Wise Total Marks
With Total Questions of 34 Questions in General English and 1.5 marks per correct answer, total marks for the section are 51.
With Total Questions of 36 Questions in Analytical & Logical Reasoning and 1.5 marks per correct answer, total marks for the section are 54.
With Total Questions of 35 Questions in Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency and 1 marks per correct answer, and 5 special question @ 2 marks per correct answer the total marks for section are 45.

 

Total Marks of SNAP Exam are 150.
