Should you allow a wheelchair or its voice to end your career? Most definitely not! Wheelchair is considered as a part of disability, in fact, it is the greatest blessing for a disable person. It helps keep the independence as much as possible. Career is about how smart a person is and the smart wheelchairs can only help you improve and not hold you back.

If disability is an obstacle in the way of anyone’s career and could end a career, we would not have known about Stephen Hawking, do we? If he could succeed in his career with multiple disabilities, people having simple difficulty of walking should never succumb to the evil side of wheelchairs.

Voice of wheelchairs

A few years back, when I was in a supermarket, a disabled person on a wheelchair was shopping. He asked for something to the shop helper. I was shocked to see the rudeness of the shop helper. To my utter pleasant surprise, the voice from the wheelchair person left the helper speechless. That person didn’t raise his voice but had a firm control over his and said is clear terms that he is a customer there and the other person was there to help him and not be rude to him. He also added that he does not give a damn about what others feel about him, he is happy to be himself, and does not matter how he travel, on his legs or on the wheelchair. I almost shouted BRAVO.

It shows that if the person himself can feel confident and wants to continue with his career nothing could make him or force him to end his career. There are a lot many who are similar to those shop helpers who are negative towards any disabled person. If he does not like such people, it is his problem.

There are people who become depressed and show his unhappiness and frustration on others with high pitch voice. I guess, the example such as the supermarket guy is far better tactics than raising the voice. It shows the self confidence and independence of the person. What helps develop this confidence? A smart, easy to handle wheelchair is all that is needed.

The smart wheelchair

KD Smart electric wheelchairs are easy to use and have many other benefits. It is light weighted and can be folded when not in use. The battery powered wheelchairs has lowest turning angle making it easy to take a turn in small areas like between the cabins in the office. It is handled single handed and the handle could be fixed on left or right according to the preference. If there is a ramp for the wheelchair in the office, which I guess is most certainly, there is no need to fuss about the career.

KD Smart wheelchairs are available in different designs and one could choose the most convenient one for maximum comfort according to the health condition.

You must have gone for some therapy after the incident that made you have a companion in the wheelchair. Trying some speech therapy would also help to control the voice and make tactful strategies that help you present your opinion in the right voice. If you can be challenging to all those doubtful gazes, half the battle is won. A slight difference in the demeanor will make you look like you are all up for the game both physically and emotionally. There is nothing greater than an authoritative, confident, and self assured voice in the working arena.
