Hold Your Phone Correctly

Make Sure Face ID Is Turned On

Reset Your Face ID

Navigate to “Settings”>” Face ID & Passcode.”
Now tap on the “Rest Face ID” option and follow all the on-screen instructions to complete this process.
Next, navigate back to “Settings”>” Face ID & Passcode.”
Now tap on the “Set Up Face ID” option.
Next, hold your device in portrait/vertical orientation and click on the “Get started” option.
Now position yourself (Face) inside the frame.
Next, gently move your head to make a circle and tap on the “Continue” option when done.
Now repeat this process for the second time and then tap on the “Done” option to complete the set-up process.
