Ghee is a great cooking oil that has multiple culinary uses. But is ghee good for you? Many people are still not aware of what is in ghee. Here we will discuss some of the ghee’s nutritional values that can change your life.  This diary oil is derived from unsalted dairy butter made from cow milk. But ghee is not the same as butter. While both ghee and butter are rich in calories and nutrients, there are several differences. Ghee is more easily absorbed by the body and safe for all, whereas butter may cause allergies to dairy-sensitive people. 

Ghee contains healthy fatty acids like those found in olive oil and sesame oil. These oils are known to be good for promoting weight loss. Organic ghee is highly beneficial to your health. One of the most beneficial fats in ghee is the medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), often called a fat-burner.
