WBJEE 2018 Application Correction will be started from 26th January 2018. WBJEE 2018 is conducted for offering admission to the candidates in the UG courses of Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, and Architecture. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) is managed by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB). It is a state level entrance exam through which candidates can get admission into various colleges and universities in the state of West Bengal. Here, in this article, we are providing detailed information about WBJEE 2018.
WBJEE 2018 Eligibility
Candidates are required to follow WBJEE 2018 eligibility criteria strictly in order to successfully apply for this entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for the exam is as follows:
Citizenship
Candidate applying for the exam must be an Indian citizen.
WBJEE 2018 Pattern
This entrance exam will be conducted in offline mode to test the aptitude of candidates in three subjects which are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. Though, there are two papers:
Paper-I - Mathematics
Paper-II - Physics & Chemistry combined
Aspirants interested in Engineering/Technology/Architecture Courses need to appear in both Paper-I and Paper-II is compulsory.
WBJEE 2018 Admit Card
WBJEE 2018 admit card will carry details like applicants’ name, signature & photograph, venue of exam centre, exam date and time, etc. Aspirants must carry their admit cards to the test centers as they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without this document issued by the conducting authority which proves that you have registered and are eligible to appear for the exam.
WBJEE 2018 Cut-Off
WBJEE 2018 Cut off will be the basis of selection of the candidate for a particular course. Candidates shall obtain the scores equivalent to the scores or ranks in the WBJEE 2018 Eligibility, in order to appear for the WBJEE 2018 Counselling.
The WBJEE 2018 Cut off List for engineering/architecture and pharmacy courses will be prepared on the basis of the candidate’s performance in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
