A healthy, fresh and varied diet brings HUGE health benefits with it, I could be talking about days and I will focus in this article only on diet and your skin. The most important vitamins for your skin are vitamins A, C and E and various antioxidants that you naturally found in fruits, vegetables and even dark chocolate 70+ (be careful with skin complaints).

 

 '' Sidenote: Now I'm not in favor of taking supplements when there is no shortage, I will not advise on supplements because there has to be looked at first if you have a shortage. In addition, you should always be careful with supplements in the fat-soluble vitamins (E and K) ''.
