With advancing technologies and businesses, most people have heard of SaaS products which stands for Software as a Service. One of the growing sectors that is not being talked about is Operations-as-a-Service. OaaS is replacing entire department at a fraction of the cost and after a learning curve, equivalent efficiency.

Information Technology as a Service (ITaas)

The IT department of any organization is always needed but with a very specific group of people who can solve the problems. This department is the ideal group to go to an as-a-service model. The team onsite largely waits around until a problem comes up, they solve it and then go back to waiting. It is usually the same few issues that come up that they solve many times over.
