There are some certain conditions which must be perceived during Hajj-ul-Tamatu.
Niyyah is the necessary condition that must be kept in mind from the pilgrims as they are performing Hajj-ul-Tamatu'. If pilgrim keeps another kind of Hajj in his mind in order to perform, so his/her Hajj is invalidated.

Pilgrims must proceed Umrah and Hajj during the season of Hajj. Yet, if any part of the Umrah is performed before beginning the month of Shawwal, so Umrah will be invalidated.

It is obligatory for pilgrims that they must perform Umrah and Hajj in the same year in order to proceed Hajj Al-Tamatu. Yet, if Umrah is performed and Hajj is skipped the next year, in such case Tamatu will be invalidated. There is no excuse either pilgrims remain in Makkah to the following year or go back to his country for the return journey to Makkah. There is also no excuse that pilgrims either remove the Ihram or remain in it to the following year.

Ihram for Hajj must be worn from the pilgrims in Makkah. And the best place in this regard is the Holy Mosque, yet Ihram can be worn from any place wherever possible if there is not possible to wear it in Makkah.

Pilgrims who come for Hajj ul-Tamatu through Hajj Travel Agents in London UK or any other place, so agents or any other person are not allowed to perform Hajj ul-Tamatu on the behalf of pilgrims as for nothing.

If a pilgrim performs the rites of Umrah ul-Tamatu, so Hajj becomes obligatory for him. Yet, the pilgrim should not leave Makkah without proceeding the Hajj as a matter of precaution. If the pilgrim has ensured that he can wear Ihram in time, so there is no objection to depart from Makkah. On the contrary, he is not sure, so he must wear Ihram in Makkah for Hajj performing.

Pilgrim is not allowed to leave Hajj out of choice by performing Umrah Al-Tamatu even though it is a recommended one. However, in some genuine reason if there is no possibility to perform Hajj, so pilgrim should consider it Umrah Al-Mufradah but he must perform Tawaf un-Nisa.

Those pilgrims are allowed to depart from Makkah before the completion of Umrah ul-Tamatu if they are able to return Makkah. However, as a matter of precaution, they should not do so.

On the completion of Umrah Al-Tamatu, pilgrims can visit the City of Makkah passing through the streets of Makkah as these are the parts of Makkah. On the other hand, pilgrims are not allowed to visit other places which are not considered the part of Makkah.

After completing Umrah Al-Tamatu, pilgrims can go beyond the Miqat in two situations.

If the pilgrim has departed from Makkah after completing Umrah without ihram and goes beyond the Miqat, two situations could arise:

1. If pilgrims make sure returning Makkah in the same month of completing Umrah. So they should not wear Ihram before entering Makkah but wear it in Makkah for Hajj ul-Tamatu and go ahead for Arafat.

2. If pilgrims return Makkah expiry of the month of completing the Umrah, so they should repeat it.

If the Hajj ul-Tamatu is obligated for pilgrims so they are not allowed to change it into Ifraad or Qiraan. Yet there are some exceptions in which pilgrims can change Hajj ul-Tamatu into Hajj ul-Ifraad. However, if the pilgrims with Five Star Hajj Deals From UK or some other place which is so far embark on Umrah ul-Tamatu and just finds limited time to complete the Umrah and commence the Hajj, so in such situation pilgrims can change the Niyyah (intention) to Hajj ul-Ifraad and perform Umrah ul-Mufradah after the Hajj. Thus, the time has been fixed in different moments according to different scholars. So, the best way is that pilgrims must change their intention if there is no possibility to complete Umrah before midday of Wuqoof e Arafat the 9th of Zil Hajj.

If pilgrims are aware of that time is too short to complete the Umrah before zawal or Wuqoof Arafat, so they are not allowed to change their intention into Hajj ul Ifraad or Qiraan. So, if the Hajj is obligatory on pilgrims, so they must perform Hajj ul Tamatu.

If pilgrims wear the ihram for Umrah-ul-Tamatu' in good time, but intentionally delay Tawaf and Sa’y till the noon of the 9th of Dhul Hijjah, so their Umrah will be invalidated. However, they are not allowed to change their intention into Hajj ul Ifraad. Thus, as a matter of precaution, they must make Tawaf and Sa’y, and Taqsir with the pure intention of acceptance as Hajj ul Ifraad or Umrah Al-Mufradah.
