2. how to solve K-tag update error
AS we know,K-TAG Software: v1.89, hardware: v5.001,it update via email ,you can't update it online,in case it block hardware if update it online.
If come this picture,the device maybe locked by update,the device can not be used, and you shall send it back for repair, but you need pay for repairingtime fee.when you use the device, please turn off the internet(it is very important!)
