Infertility is a physical condition that affects both men and women. In females inability to become pregnant or bear from gestation to maturation is termed as infertility. The images are maximized up to 6000X to study morphological features of the sperm. With the IMSI technique, doctors can examine the structure of the sperm. Sperms with abnormalities excluded from injecting into the available egg. Deformities in sperm structure affect the fertilization process. Moreover, the detection of anomalies or structural malformations is quiet difficult for specialists. In most of the cases, embryologists are unable to detect chromatin compaction defects in sperms, and normal healthy sperms are selected for the fertilization.
