Sent Emails Aren’t Appearing On The Folder? Call Telstra Technical Support Number 1-800-849-315

If your world revolves around extensive communication via emails, Bigpond is a great platform for exchanging email and quickly sharing important information. Bigpond is a very efficient platform, and you rarely run into problems, but on occasions you may face minor problems while using Bigpond.

At Telstra, some of our customers have reported that emails sent through their Bigpond account do not appear in the Bigpond Sent Folders section. If you encounter the same problem, please follow the procedure later in this article.

Here are the steps, you should follow if Sent mail does not appear in BIGPONDSENT FOLDER:

Step 1: Open any web browser which is compatible with Bigpond and go to www.telstra.com.

 Step 2: Click on the SIGN IN header in the upper right corner, select TELSTRA MAIL and log in to your Bigpond account using your login credentials.

 Step 3: Click the Settings option in the upper right corner of your Bigpond account.

 Step 4: Then click on the MAIL option to select it and open the Mail Settings section.

 Step 5: Hover your mouse over the SAVE SENT MESSAGES header and check the box next to it. Now choose the Save button at the bottom of the Bigpond Settings page.

 Step 6: If the above steps do not work, check your settings to make sure you have not set a rule to automatically move or delete messages. Click the configuration option in the upper right corner of your Bigpond account.

 Step 7: Now click on the MAIL option to select it and open the Email Settings section.

 Step 8: Click the ORGANIZE INBOX option on the screen to select it.

 Confirm that the move or delete rule has been created and delete it immediately.

 Step 9: Send an email here to make sure the message appears in the Sent Items folder in your Bigpond account.

Note: If the issue is not resolved, a mail will be sent, make sure you are not moved to the Draft section instead.
