Rousey brought up Mayweather’s domestic violence issue, “I can’t help but really say I wonder how Floyd feels being beat by a woman for once”, and then added insult to injury by saying, “I’d like to see him pretend not to know who I am now”. Clearly after that there was no turning back; the dispute took the shape of a vendetta. The feud gained throttle when Mayweather showed his displeasure by saying “You make $300 million a night, and then you can give me a call”—a rather blunt response.

The latest development to the issue is rather a war entitled; “who has more money”. Rousey took the lead by responding with words; “I actually did the math, given the numbers of my last fight; I’m actually the highest paid UFC fighter, and I’m a woman. I think I actually make two to three times more than he does per second, so when he learns to read and write, text me”
