Step 1: Open the hood and loosen the retaining nut on the clamp running to the negative battery terminal. Connect the Range Rover P38a EAS Reset Tool with your car Via OBD-ii Diagnostic connector.

Step 2: Slide the clamp off of the battery terminal. Connect the PC with P38a EAS Reset tool by USB cable.

Step 3: Wait 1 minute to reset the ECU and allow the fault codes from the EAS ECU system to clear by P38a EAS Reset tool.

Step 4: Slide the cable clamp back down over the negative battery terminal. P38a EAS Reset tool will reset the EAS ECU.

Step 5: Tighten the retaining nut on the Range Rover's EAS ECU to secure the cable clamp to the battery terminal.
