Method 1:
- Go to the processes option in the task
manager.
- Select QuickBooks related applications
- Click on End Task.
Method 2:
- Head towards the update in the help menu of the QuickBooks.
- Select the “Mark all” button.
- Press the Update now tab.
- Close QuickBooks.
Method 3:
- From the payroll update CD, Open payroll updates.
- Follow prompts on screen to proceed with the installation
of the payroll update window.
- Select CD drive option.
- select Update.dat or update3.dat and open
it.
