Method 1: Manually fixing Error.

In the run window, type MSCONFIG and then click on the startup tab.

Method 2: Renaming QWCLOG.TXT file.

Go to ‘C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QBWebConnector\Log folder’.
Select QWCLOG.TXT file and rename it by adding .old to its name.

Method 3: Remove the web connector from the startup menu.

Login as window admin
Navigate to command C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\windows\startMenu\Programs\Startup.
Delete the QuickBooks web connector file.
Reboot the system.
