• Press Window+R << open the Run command box.
• Write Regsvr32 MSXML.dII in the search box.

• Restart the QuickBooks.

      Method 3) See if reinstalling MSXML fixes Error 343.

• Download the MSXML file and install it.
• Restart QuickBooks.

       Method 4) Open QB in safe mode

• Open the windows in the safe mode as it will require fewer drivers.
