Step 1.

  • After updating the settings go to Tools and Internet option
  • Now go to General Tab and click on Delete

  • Also, check if TLS 1.2 is not marked, if mark then uncheck the option.

Step 2.

  • Reset QuickBooks desktop and check Payroll service key is accurate or not
  • Click on Employees then My Payroll Service
  • Select an option of Manage Service Key
  • Click on Edit and check the key is correct or not
  • Click on next then Finish to end the process
  • Restart the system
