by jiva ayurveda Jivaayurveda
From a Sanskrit word “panchakarma” has been derived which means “five treatments” or “five actions”. With the accumulation of toxins in the body over time, its required that you purge the toxic out of the body. It’s because of the toxins that the body suffers from so many diseases and health conditions. Toxins are generally accumulated because of poor exercise patterns, poor nutrition, repeated dietary indiscretions, etc. The cells usually suffer a lot because of the entry of toxins in the system. Sometimes you may experience a lot of weakness for no proper reason, well, experts have found that it’s the accumulation of toxins that usually lead to such problems. There can also be other causes of weakness such as genetic predisposition of metabolic co-factors, leading a poor lifestyle and abnormal fluctuation of hormones. The body loses its ability to protect the internal system as these factors pile up and the person may fall sick all of a sudden. With research, its been found that there can also be disorganization of internal homeostasis that causes such abnormal weakness in the body.

With so many health problems, it may become very difficult for a person to go on with everyday routine. He or she may find himself lagging behind in school, college or work. We live in a kind of generation where it’s a must for one to be fit, both mentally and physically. Although there are so many medications which are chemically designed and aims at enhancing the health of one individual, but often times, such medications fail to look at the real problem that is going on in the body. Keeping that in mind, you can see so many people still paying so much attention to Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a system of medicine that emerged around 1000 years ago and aims at eradicating a problem by root with the help of natural remedies. Its treatments are friendly and do not cause any harmful side effect. Panchakarma is one such ayurvedic method that is concerned with purging the toxins out with the help of natural methods. Its known to be highly effective and helps a person to achieve the best health and live a better life.

Dynamics are completely different when it comes to solving a problem. It focuses on elimination of unwanted waste items of the body. The unwanted matter is called Ama which is has a foul smell and a sticky texture. Experts say that this harmful substance must be thrown out of the body as the longer it would stay, the more damage it would cause. In order to do that effectively, without causing any harm to other organs, you should undergo panchakarma. You can find this treatment at any ayurvedic centre but it would be wise to look for centers that have knowledgeable practitioners as every step of Panchakarma treatment leaves an impact on the body. Many call it a five-fold therapy where all the imbalances caused in the body because of toxins are rectified and harmful substances are eliminated.

There is a different way Ayurveda looks at a problem. It focuses on elimination of waste matter which is often the cause of most diseases. the waste matter, Ama, is known to be a sticky, foul-smelling, harmful substance which must be purged out of the body and with the help of Panchakarma, which is an effective five-fold therapy, all the harmful substances are eliminated from the body and the imbalances caused in the body are rectified. Panchakarma lays importance on the utilization of medicated oils as they help in the purification of the body. The technique depends upon five basic activities which help to control the body. They are Purgation, Niruham ,Vomiting, Nasyam.
