We all know that Thanksgiving day calls for the official start of welcoming the holidays. From there begins the moment to put up the lights, hunt for the gifts and of course looking for the perfect pine tree. Of course, there is nothing wrong if you couldn't find a Christmas tree near your area or you have a small space that could not hold a tree. That's okay. Take the unconventional route and bring out your creativity. Here are some interesting ideas that could help you build your own Christmas tree.


1. Knick-Knack Wall Tree


Show off few meaningful photos, trinkets, jewellery by hanging them on the wall as an art? Of course, in the shape of a pyramid (Christmas tree). The best way to make them stay in line is by tracing the tree outline with a pencil. You can then use Velcro brand fasteners or any glue to sync them in lines.

2. Book trees


Line up your books from large to small, open to the middle and stack them up. You Christmas tree just got easier. Best for those who think of themselves as an “open book”. Wrap up those multi-colored lights to bring out the Christmas feel.


3. Reused material trees


Hunt your backyard and you might find some twigs and branches laying around. Smoothen out the layers and give a nice finish. Now tie them up in the ascending order by lining them up from biggest to smallest. Tie a rope on both the ends, add a star on top and glue few glitters and snowflakes. Hang it on a wall while your holiday season begins.

A simply tree that fits in your budget, purple ribbon and sequin tree looks great for your home. Simply wrap around the base and secure them with a few drops of hot glue. Its a great way to use up all those extra ribbon stored for wrapping gifts.
