Natural and Ayurvedic Treatment for Eczema

Eczema is also known as atopic dermatitis and is characterized by skin rashes that shows redness, swelling, dryness, itching, and flaking. This herbal preparation contains ingredients like Neem (Azadirachta indica), Patola (Trichosanthes dioica), Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), Vasa (Adhatoda vasica), Patha (Cissampelos pariera), Vidanga (Embelia ribes), etc. It is useful in cooling the inflamed part of the body, purify the blood from the toxins and relieve almost all the symptoms regarding eczema. 
Recommended Dosage: Take 2 tablets twice daily with plain water.

5. Sarvin Tablets 
Sarvin tablets are purely Ayurvedic preparation that consists of Kali jeeri (Centratherum anthelminticum), Shudh hartal (Arsenic tri oxide), Shudh gandhak (Purified sulphur), Khair chal (Acacia catechu), etc. It is very effective in immune system disorders, skin diseases, blood disorders, severe allergic conditions, etc. 
Recommended Dosage: Take two tablets twice daily with plain water.

Although eczema is a chronic skin condition, it is possible to reduce the frequency of outbreaks and better control the illness by using simple things. You can also adopt some precautions which will help to cure this condition. Some of the following preventive measures are given below –
You have to moisturize the skin with natural aloe vera gel, coconut oil, etc. Reduce the factors that trigger the outbreaks, avoid scratching or rubbing the skin, wear the garments in which air can be easily pass to your skin. Don’t use ordinary soap, as the ingredients may aggravate eczema. Bath oils can also help to moisturize your skin while bathing.
Avoid overheating of your skin, always wear protective gloves when using any type of chemical or detergent. Reduce or avoid the uses of perfumes, fragranced skin lotions, and strongly scented shampoos. In some cases, eczema may be an allergic reaction to environmental triggers such as house-dust mites, moulds, grass pollens, etc. Avoid hard physical activity in hot weather.
