PIBM launched Virtual Leadership Series in 2020 with an ultimate objective to continue the management learning through Industry Exposure. The goal was to invite the top business leaders and other respected personalities from diverse fields to interact with PIBM students and share their valuable experience on various trending topics such as economy, business practices, the impact of COVID-19 on the corporate world, and much more. Mr. Abhishek Chakraborty, Executive Director at DTDC Express Limited, shared rich insights into his career journey and invaluable experiences. Students received some valuable insights including: • Creative ways to Solve Problems • Significance of Practical Learning • Emergence of Joint Leadership • Importance of EQ Throughout the session, he not just answered the questions but also asked questions at times to understand students’ doubts and shaped the flow of discussion accordingly.
