“Messi Forever” For Barca
Lionel Messi, who once had to work on a tea stall to support
his soccer trailing is not ruling the whole world because of his skills. His
first contract was signed on a tissue paper and now he’s providing his rivals
with tissue papers to remove the tears, which they have after facing Messi.
Messi has become impossible to beat, he’s a nightmare no one can replace him.
There are many wannabe’s but there is only one Messi. He is
simply unbeatable no one is even close to him. What he did for Barcelona is
simply unforgettable.
They will now play Real Sociedad latter tonight as they look
to trim their rivals lead at the summit of league table. Real Madrid have a
comfortable 7 points lead on Barcelona who are currently 3rd on the
log with a game in hand over Real Madrid and 2nd placed Sevilla.
The Argentine magician has already established his place among
the best players in history. At the age of just 29, he has won Ballon D’or 5
times and is favorite contender to add another to his unmatched trophy cabinet this
year.
Barcelona without Messi is hard to imagine and at one point in
the past, it looked as though they are going to breakup with Manchester City
(Who else?) looking to make the most of the situation and approaching Barcelona
for a potential transfer but Barca stood firm for their star man against the
Arab money. As of latest rumors, Barcelona are trying to tie him down with
another contract extension to fend off any interest in him.
Messi’s current deal is set to expire in the summer of 2018
and according to the latest reports, Barcelona will be offering the Argentine a
‘Contract for Life’.
Details suggest that Barcelona are set to open contract talks
after next week’s El Clasico.
The ‘Contract for Life’ sounds quite awkward but it could
definitely happen in this case with both parties’ love for each other with
literally no side effects. Messi is well settled and has formed the world’s
deadliest trio alongside Luis Suarez and Neymar. The trio has been scoring for
fun and they truly complement each other on the field.
Lionel Messi told in his latest interview with Adidas that “he
is at the best club in the world”. He went on to add that it (Barca) does not
depend on a single player and that they have a brilliant team. Messi also
stated that most important thing for any club is its tactical discipline and
structure of the game that gets best out of individuals (although individuals
are not important than team). Best teams know what move (in an organized way)
to make when on the field and this organization is the most important thing.
Barcelona are desperate for the deal to happen soon as reports
suggest that President of Barca is already in talks with Messi’s father for
“Contract for Life” and the negotiations will get pace after first El Clasico
of this season.
Many big clubs what their hands of this legend, majorly Man
City but it looks impossible that Messi ever leaves his boyhood club and that
too after clearly indicating that he is happy with his club and labeling it as
the best in the world. So, it might be a good step from Barca to offer him a
contract like this. Just as a tribute to this soccer legend.
