Man in Suit and Bowtie Burglarizes King Street Office, Douses it With Paint

The police are currently searching for a man with a medium build, dressed in a suit and wearing a bow tie for breaking-and-entering as well as mischief charges. The five-feet-ten inches tall suspect purportedly broke into a downtown office building on the 9th of December, and upon gaining entrance to the second-floor office, proceeded to douse every inch of the room as well as himself, in paint.
The wanted man, a white male believed to be between 19 to 25 years of age, with short red hair, was caught by security cameras that were installed inside the office which is located in the financial district at around 11 p.m. He had smudges of paint on his cheeks and abdomen while his white shirt was untucked. His hands were also seen to be smeared with gray paint.
The Toronto police assert that the suspect forcefully broke into one of the offices in a yet-to-be-identified building at the crossroads of King and York Street, then smashed bottles and the windows of the office when he got in. At a certain point, he got hold of a can of grey paint from another part of the building, according to Constable Caroline de Kloet of the Toronto Police Service. This was surmised as the man was not recorded by the surveillance footage carrying any container of paint while entering the building. The man proceeded to pour the paint everywhere in the office.
According to Caroline de Kloet, the owners of the office are presently taking care of the $5,000 worth of damages incurred by this outrage, topping that amount will be easy when the damage done to the furniture inside the offices are taken into consideration. As yet, the full value of the damages made by the man has not been ascertained.
The unidentified suspect was captured by the surveillance footage as he entered the building, fully dressed in a nice dark jacket, a white shirt and donning a black bow tie. He was also captured by the security camera when exiting the building, and this time, drenched in grey paint.
No one knows why the man did this, or who he is. But Constable Caroline de Kloet suspects that the wanted man could be a discontented employee who wanted to vent his frustration without compromising his employment. She made this assumption based on the fact that the man looked to be fully dressed for a party, judging from his dapper suit, white shirt and bow tie. It will be difficult to determine which party he must have attended due to the fact that it is the holiday season and Christmas parties abound.
The Toronto Police Service asks that anyone with actionable intelligence or information about the suspect contact the police as soon as possible.
