SETU BANDHA SARVANGASANA (Bridge Pose)

  • Lay straight on your back.
  • Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground.
  • The feet should be parallel to each other.

Precaution: If having any neck, shoulder, and back injuries avoid doing bridge pose.

DHANURASANA (Bow Pose)
