How to Perform the Integration
Live2Support’s integration with Infusionsoft was fueled by a need to establish synergy between our live chat software and the various processes it supports both in the customer service as well as the marketing realms. If you are a Live2Support customer, you can perform the integration by following the steps we have outlined below:
First Log into the Live2Support Live Chat Control Panel with your credentials which we have provided you.
Go to Control Panel-> Preferences Settings -> CRM Integration.
Check the Radio button for Infusionsoft CRM.
In order to generate the necessary action sets and parameters from Infusionsoft CRM, you will also need to do the following:
Application name: Your Infusionsoft account denotes your application name

Table name: Contact in table “Contact” Create a field chat transcript (_Chattranscript) with the field type (text area)
Action id: you will need to create an Action ID and provide the same

Once the integration is complete, the chat transcripts and visitor data generated by Live2Support will be automatically imported into the Infusionsoft application and integrated into the Infusionsoft database. Your sales force, marketing professionals and customer support representatives will be able to access this data from within Infusionsoft. You can:
View up-to-date contact data about your visitors and customers from the CRM while chatting live with customers
