Each region boasts of its particular taste and flavor that has a distinct touch of its region.

Besides the cuisines Kerala is famous for its cultural festivals like the Boat Race in Alleppey which is just one of the many famous boat festivals that the state does truly boasts of a unique tradition that is authentic only to Kerala in the whole country. The next festival that is truly a sight to treasure is the Thrissur festival also known as the Pooram festival which is the celebration of the devotion of the people in the region the temple.
