KDA Kanpur New Scheme KDA Residency
Kanpur Development Authority has come up with new housing scheme KDA Residency Kidwai Nagar on the auspicious occasion of Deepawali. The new housing scheme is announced at O Block Kidwai Nagar in which the construction of 6 storey building consisting of 2BHk+Study apartments in under way.
A total of 264 flats are available in the scheme in which 192 flats are of 2BHK+Study apartment and rest 72 flats are 2BHK type apartment. The cost of 2 BHKK+Study apartment is Rs 45,20,550/- for first floor and Rs 43,62,000/- for floor number 2 to 6. One has to submit 10% of the flat cost at the time of application.
