Is ghee healthier than butter?

  1. Ghee is safe for cooking at high temperatures but you should not use butter for high heat cooking methods as ghee smoke point is higher than butter.

  2. The clarified version of butter is extremely versatile in taste. Ghee taste is suitable for all types of dishes, whereas butter has some limitations.

  3. Ghee made from 100% grass-fed cow's milk-butter is considered to be the best in form. It has no milk solids which is perfect for people with dairy sensitivity.

  4. Ghee contains enough amounts of essential fatty acids which is great for losing weight when taken in restriction. However, butter can't provide you with weight loss benefits.
