Image The aim of Inclusive Cycling, is to make cycling available to everyone - regardless of their physical or mental abilities.  Cycling, like most forms of physical exercise, has many physical and psychological benefits including enhanced fitness, confidence and self esteem.

The number of Inclusive Cycling Centres and Inclusive Cycling Hubs is continuing to grow in the UK, allowing more and more people to experience the benefits, that can in some instances, literally change lives for the better.

The benefits of cycling include:
Enhanced physical and mental well-being
Improved breathing and blood circulation
Improved digestion and sleep
Increased range of motion and flexibility
Cognitive development - by being able to explore the environment
Enhanced visual perception and hand-eye coordination
Social acceptance and friendships
