Image Hi All,

If you are into email marketing then this how to tutorial will come handy. I was inspired to research about this topic after I came across the Gurulist software. Though $21 is pretty cheap to scrape emails with a software, the automated software does not guarantee the quality of emails.

There are high chances, you will end up collecting spam emails from the web. So without much ado, I will simply share the steps I personally followed and created a personalized list of 1000 subscribers. I have even succeeded selling couple of affiliate products to this list. I haven't earned 1000's of dollars but enough to get the ball rolling with free techniques.

My exact step by step method:

Extracting Emails:

1. Go to any search engine of your choice be it google, yahoo or msn.

2. Search with "email" followed by "topic"

3. For example "gmail.com/yahoo.com/hotmail.com" "make money online/debt free programs/classifieds"

4. You may copy content from Page 1 to 10.

5. Copy everything on the screen and I mean everything.

6. Go to spunkyworld.com/demos/extractor.htm

7. Paste everything you copied on the left side of the panel "Input Window".

8. Choose the separator of your choice "comma, pipe, colon, new line"

9. Click on Extract

10. The final result will show on the "Output Window".

Notepad:

11. Save the emails on a notepad and rename it according to your "topic"

Email Verifier:

12. Go to verify-email.org.

13. Paste email one by one and check if it is good or bad.

14. Exclude the bad ones and save the list again as per your choice.

Auto-responser:

15. Use any free auto-responder like Listwire and import the contacts through "text" or "csv" file.

16. Send verify subscription email with your personal message to the saved list.

17. Expect less people to oblige to your subscription request.

Bottom Line:

18. This method will gradually help you to build your own list.

19. Build relationship with your subscribers by sharing quality content.

20. Whatever you do, do not SPAM your list by promoting products from day 1.
