Yes Dad! I Kept My Promise....
Greetings Apsense Members!
It brings me great joy to inform you that I have fulfilled the promise I once made to my dad to set up a contact center in India.
This is the second contact center which will primarily cater to all your online computer problems at substantial rates.
I am no tech geek but I have been playing around with computers since I was a kid. I started working with 386 and 486 computers and then upgraded to pentium and amds. With a team of specialized and certified technicians, I am equipped to resolve any problems that you may face with your computers on a regular basis.
I am aware of the existing competition in the market and our center would be competing with established hubs who already have a long list of satisfied customers however I felt there is still some room for us as we want to add personal touch to resolving your pc problems unlike professional companies.
Our starter or lifetime packages won't pinch your pocket. 24/7 online support will ensure that we are prepared and ready to support your technical issues. In order to cater our international clients in terms of voice and accent proficiency, our technicians are trained to understand the clarity of speech to reduce multi-lingual issues over the call.
Currently, we are concentrating on European clients and soon we will be providing services to Canada, USA, Australia etc.
