  • To make ghee from butter at home, first melt some unsalted organic butter in a heavy bottom pan and boil until the milk solids get removed. 

  • It is a time-consuming process. Let the milk solids get separated from the butterfat. Lastly, strain the clarified butter through a strainer. It will be better if you store the ghee in an airtight container.


When you are making homemade ghee, make sure you are using a top-quality grass-fed ghee butter for it will be better if you use organic quality grass-fed butter.
