No MPPS version or serial No' when you run the MMPS software:

MPPS V12 problem Resolution:

1. You should connect the cable to pc before you run MPPS software;
2. Check the USB driver "Amt Flash" in device manager. Please make sure you install driver after you install the MPPS software.
