  16. By going to the General option, you need to change the Use the following DNS server addresses.
  17. You need to enter the 8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as preferred.
  18. Additionally, enter the DNS server.
  19. Go through the checkbox given near to the Validate settings upon exit button.
  20. Press on the OK option for verifying the changes you have done.
  21. Open the Uplay again.
  22. You need to check if this issue is fixed or not.
  23. In case this issue is still occurring, then follow any other method
  • Reset the DNS and TCP/IP
  1. Firstly, launch the Command Prompt.
  2. Press on the Start option.
  3. Otherwise, you need to click on the search option.
  4. Enter “cmd” in the provided section.
  5. Start using the Control, Shift, and the Enter key.
  6. It will launch the Command Prompt menu.
  7. Once you have opened the Command Prompt menu, enter the two commands in the provided column which is mentioned below:

/flushdns

int ip reset

  2. You need to check whether the command is running properly or not.
