How to Create a Canadian Express Entry Profile? - Aptech Visa

by aman sharma Canada Immigration,Canada PR Visa

For foreign workers wishing to immigrate to Canada via the Express Entry Program, PR IRCC uses a points-based immigration system. Points are awarded to professionals based on their credentials, experience, place of employment within Canada, and provincial or territorial nomination. Express Entry is one of the simplest and quickest ways to apply for permanent residency in Canada. To successfully submit your Express Entry profile, you need to be cautious as you go through the processes.

The following instructions will walk you through establishing and submitting your Express Entry profile:

Step 1: IELTS test

Candidates for all skilled immigration programs must show proficiency in at least one of English or French, Canada's two official languages, according to the Express Entry system. As a result, anyone applying for skilled immigration must pass a language test that has been authorized by the government and provide the results in their profile.

Step 2: Get your ECA report

Candidates who attended school outside of Canada should have their diplomas assessed to determine whether they are equivalent to Canadian degrees. A credential assessment is necessary for anyone looking to immigrate to Canada through the Federal Skilled Worker Program. The evaluation is NOT necessary if an applicant is applying under the Canadian Experience Class or the Federal Skilled Trade Program. Although a successful credential review is not necessary for all Express Entry programs, it can considerably increase an applicant's chances of admission regardless of the Express Entry program for which they apply. As a result, it is recommended that all candidates for Express Entry programs have their credentials assessed.                                            GET A FREE EXPRESS ENTRY ASSESSMENT

Step 3: Determine Your National Occupation Classification (NOC code)

To be admitted to Canada using the Express Entry system, all applicants must be able to show that their work experience meets the standards of an occupation that is listed in the National Occupation Classification database of Canada. The only candidates who can submit an Express Entry application are those who have the aforementioned kind of work experience.

  • Ability Type 0 (Management Jobs)
  • Ability Level a (Professional Jobs)
  • Ability Level B (Technical Jobs and Skilled Trades)

Step 4: Verify Your Eligibility for Express Entry Immigration

Candidates can utilize a tool on the Canadian government's official website to see whether they are eligible for the Express Entry programme. This tool must be utilized before an Express Entry profile can be established. The following requirements must be met in order to utilize the tool:

  • The language test you took and passed already.
  • Select the skill type or level from the National Occupation Classification (NOC) that best fits their application.

Step 5: Create your Express Entry profile

You can start creating your Express Entry profile if the online tool finds that you are qualified to submit an immigration application using Express Entry. The following details must be included in candidates' Express Entry profiles:

  • Identity, age, and contact details
  • A thorough description of their academic background
  • A thorough explanation of their professional background
  • Language ability
  • Elements that make it easier for them to adapt to life in Canada
  • Family structure
  • If appropriate, information about their spouse or common-law partner                            CALCULATE YOUR EXPRESS ENTRY CRS SCORE

Applicants must have the following data available to correctly create a profile:

  • Passport
  • The name and code of the occupation in the National Occupation Classification Database that best describes their work history.
  • The outcomes of language exams.
  • If relevant, evaluation of international academic qualifications.
  • A copy of a written job offer from a Canadian company (if the applicant has been offered a job).
  • Proof of a province nominee's application for permanent residency (if the candidate has received a provincial nomination).
  • A personal reference number was obtained from the online eligibility checker of the IRCC. Each candidate will receive a reference code after using the online tool successfully.

Step 6: Publish Your Profile

Once your profile is complete and has all the necessary data, you should submit it. Once the profile has been submitted, you will receive an Express Entry profile number and a job seeker validation code.

If your profile satisfies both the Express Entry standards and the requirements for one of the three Express Entry immigration programs, you will be added to the Express Entry applicant pool (Skilled Worker, Skilled Trade, or Canada Experience Class).

Step 7: As often as necessary, update your data.

If any of the following take place, you should update your Express Entry profile:

  • Your professional experience shifts
  • You receive updated results from your language test.
  • You must update your Express Entry profile after receiving a new academic diploma.
  • Because of things like a child losing their dependency status, a marriage, a divorce, or a birth, your family structure has altered.

The lifespan of an Express Entry profile is one year. The profile may be disabled, though, if

  • The candidate is no longer eligible for Express Entry or the skilled immigration program.
  • The applicant has been given the authorization to submit an application for permanent residence.
