How to Brew Cooked Tea?
by Rakib Hossen Businessman1. Pry tea.
Use a tea knife to pry an appropriate amount (5-10
grams) of Pu-erh tea from various Pu-erh tea (cake, brick, Tuo cha, etc.).
2.Pour tea.
Put the pried Pu-erh tea into the lid.
3.washing tea.
The boiling water is poured into the lid to make
tea. This is called the first bubble. Generally, the first bubble is not for drink.
It is used to wash away the dust in the tea and to dissolve the tea in water,
so that the next few bubbles can be full and authentic tea flavor.
4. Discard the first bubble.
The first bubble should be poured out of the cup
quickly to avoid excessive tea wash.
5.Wash the cup.
The first cup of tea can be poured into a tea cup,
washed and then poured, also known as a warm cup, which can make the quilt
taste richer when the tea soup is served later.
6.Second bubble.
Pour in the boiling water again to make the tea,
this bubble is used to drink.
7.Pour out soup.
According to your preference for the strength of
the tea, pour out the tea soup for a certain period of time to taste (the
longer the brewing time, the stronger the tea soup, and the second brewing
usually takes 30 seconds). Tea soup is poured from a covered bowl into a fair
cup. A strainer can be added to the fair cup to filter out the tea leaves.
8. Divided soup.
Divide the tea soup in the fair cup into each
person's small tea cup and share the authentic Pu-erh tea together.
