Ghanshyam Sarda signs up a MoU to Collaborate with Different Business Ventures in India

Sri Ghanshyam Sarda, the chairman of the Sarda Group is one among the top business people in India. He has his roots in India but has spread his branches to the whole of the nation. His endeavours to the business and industrial growth in India are accountable. 

Sri Ghanshyam Sarda has always been a source of inspiration to the other businessman. He has gone a long way towards helping the jute industries in West Bengal, when it was passing through a tough time. The condition of jute industries in West Bengal was never good in terms of powering jute mills to perform well in the fields of production and exports. There was an environment of complete chaos among jute mill owners and they were unable to handle smooth production of materials. 

Sri Ghanshyam Sarda came forward and took great initiatives, to handle this situation and the first thing he did was to set up training facilities for unskilled workers of the jute industries. This step helped control the situation up to a great extent, as the production took a big leap to reach exports target. 

After upraising the jute industries, Sri Sarda turned towards improving the economic conditions of the society and also the business community as a whole. For this he invested capital in setting up new industries in the fields of – Ship building, oils and gas exploration etc. He signed up a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for this with companied like – Axsys technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Compass Energy Pte. Ltd. of Singapore. He signed up with these companies to design solutions for ship building and improve the oil and natural gas productions in India. 

Today the Sarda Group of companies alone hires about 50,000 people as their workers, in different industries. The group also invested in the GIC housing with a stake of 4% in its total capital. Recent developments states that Sri Ghanshyam Sarda took over a sick jute mill in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It was JK Jute Mills in Kanpur, which was running under a great loss due to operational problems. After taking up this jute mill, Sri Sarda with his strategic planning brought it to profits. This mill that was declared a sick unit is now drawing profits by producing jute bags in bulk that is being supplied to the sugar mills in Kanpur. Moreover, after the signing up of MoU and having the new collaborations, the units thus developed are expected to generate more employment opportunities in time to come.
