The deadlock in the jute sector has turned into a melancholy   for the industry. Recently, the CEO of the Northbrook jute mill was brutally killed. The murder at Northbrook jute mill has sent great shockwaves down the spine of the industry.

The industry has not benefitted at all and witnessed a very heavy   damage over the years. The central and state government has been hardly able to do anything for the  benefit of the industry. There has hardly been any kind of investment for the jute sector and new ventures have not been started as yet.

Ghanshyam Sarda is one of the pioneer business leaders from the city of Kolkata. He has invested in several projects over the years and reached the pinnacle of success.  He owns several jute mills across India and has made a great name for his business.

Considered as one of the best leaders in the jute sector, the industry has mostly benefitted from his  fruitful initiatives. The current situation in the jute industry has bothered him to the core. A number of positive things need to happen for then jute sector and the Sarda group wants this deadlock to be abolished at the earliest.

A multiple number of unions have come up in the jute industry as well. Unionism has also led to a severe problem with interference from local political leaders. The industry has been already affected by the stalemate.  The Ghanshyam Sarda Kolkata group is quite perturbed by this problem.

The stalemate in the jute sector has affected the industry to the core. New orders have not arrived in the jute sector which has acted as a hindrance for the industry.  For example, the incident at the Northbrook jute mill has resulted in a loss of huge work. The Northbrook jute mill has been hugely affected by the stalemate and operations have closed down.

The lack of orders has made the jute mill owners rethink their business ventures. Many of the jute mills in the industry have closed down. The entire industry is on the verge of closure and the jute industry leaders need to take a unified stand in this regard.

An appointment with the current chief minister of West Bengal has been called for in this regard. The chief minister has been calling upon for industrialization in the state and matters need to be taken care of at the earliest.
