Then the bar is cut using shear barrels or shear knives, to the desired length. At the two-roller straightener, the final straightening process occurs with the combined pressure of guide blades, angles and large concave as well as convex rolls. The cold rolled steel bars are then accumulated at the delivery table, to be weighed. The finished product is then shipped off to retailers for sale.
