If you are still facing this issue then you must check for the faulty drivers by following these steps:

Switch off the printer and disconnect all the power cables to cut off the power supply.
You can also check the ink cartridges carefully for any leftovers such as foam, tape, etc.
Also, you have to open up the printer’s cover and check for any jammed paper or chunk of paper stuck inside. If you found any please remove them carefully.
Now, reconnect the power cables to your printer.
