Environmental Protesters Took to The Stage to Protest a Louis Vuitton show

by Min Leung Saller

At Paris fashion Week last week, climate activists stormed the LOUIS VUITTON show to denounce the fashion industry's impact on the environment.

The woman sneaked into the Louvre museum ahead of schedule and took to the stage during its overhaul to protest with a banner reading "Overconsumption = human extinction."

Recently, she was pushed away by security guards for 15 spectacular seconds.

According to the European Environmental Youth Group, about 30 people were involved in organizing the protest. Some people sneaked into the show, but most of them staged a sit-in outside the show. Two of them were arrested.

Environmentalists are said to be so aggressive because in 2019, the Average French person bought 42 pieces of clothing, far more than the average of any other country in the world, and environmentalists believe this is depleting the earth's resources and causing ecological degradation.

See clothing industry and the excessive consumption of resources, product update frequency is becoming more and more big, the fashion industry pollution and destroyed ecosystem exists, decorated with luxury brand every year to not sell clothing, handbags, cosmetics, jewelry, don't reduce the price to prevent brand price directly destroyed thereby, cause a lot of resources waste and pollution.

As a result, environmentalists are calling on the government to force down production levels in the industry and want the European Union to punish Louis Vuitton handbags as a whole.

I actually think it's a beautiful view.

The world needs such serious people, who should not make capitalists too comfortable or do whatever they want to make money, regardless of the ecological environment. Only such people can make big groups feel a little burden and act more cautiously.

According to legend, Youth for the Environment in Europe is the richest ngo in The whole of Europe. It once pooled its funds to buy 1% of the shares of PRADA Group, which is worth 200 million euros, in order to join the shareholders' meeting of The PRADA board. At the shareholders' meeting, the spokesperson of the European Youth Organization for Environmental Protection swore at the designer and the president on the spot, hurled insults in public, protested at the board of directors, and poured ink on the design drawings on the spot.

Only later did PRADA announce its commitment to animal peace and no future use of ostrich skins.
