Emergency Weight Loss Diet for Wedding

The Three Day Detox

This three day diet will ensure that you not only lose weight fast and easy, but will also ensure that you do it in a healthy manner without causing harm to your body.

Day 1

The Liquids Diet:

On Day 1, stay on a liquid diet all through the day. And drink plenty of water too.

A few options that you can include in your day 1 diet are:

1.       Fresh Fruit Juices

Day 2

The No Salt Day:

4.       Green Tea

5.       Yoghurt

Day 3

Fiber Day:

Fiber will prove to be very beneficial for you when it comes to helping you feel fuller for longer thus preventing any binge eating.

The day 3 would essentially include mostly a lot of green veggies and high fiber fruits.

1.       Broccoli

2.       Spinach

3.       Cabbage

4.       Kale

5.       Cucumber

6.       Carrots

This 3 day diet is brilliant for body builders and models too when they are looking to lose weight quickly and effectively. The diet helps to flush out water from their body and lose 3-5 kg weight in one go.

You can also have 10-15 roasted almonds + 3 roasted walnuts in the morning (both roasted and salt free) this will give you energy and reduce water retention too.
