Dealing With Psychic Attacks
If earning money to pay the bills is more important to you than staying in bed, you will get up and go to work or do whatever you need to do to earn money. Energy Forever Review If winning a Gold medal at the next Olympics is what is important to you, you will train hard every day to perform at a peak level and be competitive in your sport. If being healthy is important for you, you will make healthy choices regarding nutrition, exercises, state of mind, etc. You see, we are driven by our values, it will literally dictate the orientation of our motivation in life.
Let's take for example the area of relationship. Imagine for a second a married couple that share their lives together and raise a family. Let's say that the woman has a core value of open communication and close relationship with her children and husband. On the other end, the personal value of the husband is to have fun with his friends and be away from home most of the time with them. Can you see how this can create a major relationship conflict? The mother's expectations of him being present to the family life are not met, while the husband can feel his freedom be also at risk from his wife request to be more present. That's bringing us to the fact that having common values can be vital for the survival of the relationship. In fact, it is not all that wrong to say that having common values is as (if not more) important to the relationship as love can be, for the durability of the marriage. Do all values in a couple need to be the same? Of course not, but main core home values need to be similar in many ways to achieve success.
The same principle can be used in health issues. Someone will find the energy and the determination to stop smoking the day that his health will become more important than his desire to smoke. The health value needs to be stronger than his pleasure of smoking in order for him to stop successfully.
So, you will find your energy where your real values are. A good example of this is depression. Depression often takes place when our values are so high that we feel that they are unreachable. So we become depressed because we know that we will not succeed at fulfilling them. Being too perfectionist and never be happy with what we are and accomplish can lead to depression.
Let's ask us a question: Do my true values are in sync with positive and universal values? Like honesty, respect, love, integrity, etc. It seems that the more our personal values tend to be compatible with spiritual values, the more we seem to experience joy, fulfillment and happiness.
If your life is not going where you want, you may want to look at what is important to you and look really deep inside at the thoughts that keep you where you are. You may find values that are not serving you well anymore and you can start shifting your life to a new and more appropriate way for you.
