To build the bottom of the furnace, add 80-100mm thick crucible material to the bottom of the furnace covered with asbestos cloth. After compacting it with a pick, rake the surface loosely, add another layer of 40-60mm Furnace building material, and then compact. Repeat until the specified height is met (that is, it is flush with the induction coil on the second layer at the bottom, and the thickness of the furnace bottom is about 150-180mm). After the bottom of the crucible is knotted, put the crucible mold (welded with 5-8mm thick steel plate to form the inner shape of the crucible), and adjust the position so that the center of the crucible mold coincides with the center of the induction coil, and correct the center position. Put three wooden wedges at 120 degrees to prevent the crucible mold from deflecting, and put weight iron or heavy objects into the crucible mold to fix it, so as to prevent the mold from being lifted when hitting the furnace wall.

To build the furnace wall, first, rake loose the periphery of the outer wall of the bottom of the crucible mold, add a layer of 40-60mm charge, and use a tamping machine and a flat hammer to carefully lay the furnace bottom and the furnace lining at the corners of the furnace wall. Then use a tamping machine to knot the furnace wall in multiple layers: first rake the furnace lining between the crucible mold and the asbestos cloth, add a layer of 40-60mm thick mixed furnace material, and tamp it with an air pick (be careful not to touch it) Broken asbestos cloth to avoid material leakage). After tamping, rake the surface loosely, add a layer of 40-60mm thick mixed furnace material, tamp it with a pick, and repeat it until it is flush with the top of the crucible mold. During the construction process, it should be ensured that the layers are well connected, the furnace body is evenly compacted, and the crucible mold should be strictly prevented from deflecting.

Build the furnace collar, apply a layer of water glass on the furnace collar, mix the furnace material with water glass (fine materials should be added to the furnace collar material), attach it to the furnace according to a certain slope, and modify it smoothly. After the solidification is done, a layer of water glass is painted, and long materials with a height higher than the furnace mouth are placed on the inner periphery of the furnace wall, and then enter the oven stage.

Precautions: Before starting the furnace, be sure to remove dust, refractory fragments, slag, and scattered metal from the work site including the top and inside the furnace, so as to prevent these things from falling into the furnace lining. Clean bags of dust and check product markings before moving material to the site. All personnel on the job site must remove all items from their pockets. When feeding material from the packaging bag, do not let the fragments of the packaging bag enter the furnace lining, and use a sharp knife to cut the packaging bag into a flat mouth. It is strictly forbidden to contain conductive substances when mixing the furnace charge. Strict inspection must be carried out during the mixing process to ensure that the mixer and the site are clean and tidy to prevent sundries from entering the furnace charge. The furnace lining at the corners of the furnace bottom and the furnace wall must be tamped and compacted.
