What Are the Main Auxiliary Equipment of the Rolling Mill?

Lateral moving equipment, on blooming and section rolling mills, is
used to move the rolling stock laterally when the rolling stock is rolled in
different stands and different passes. Commonly used lateral transfer equipment
includes push bed, claw-type or chain-type steel transfer machine, and cross
roller table that can be transported both longitudinally and laterally.
Lifting equipment is used to turn over the rolling stock during the
rolling process of section steel and blooming mills. The common turning
equipment of steel rolling mills include turning doors, turning rollers,
turning machines, etc. The blooming mill realizes steel turning by means of the
turning hook on the push bed and the movement of the push bed itself.
The auxiliary equipment of the rolling mill is indispensable in the
rolling process. The amount of auxiliary equipment and the rational use of it
not only directly affect the production capacity of the rolling mill, but also
have an important impact on the working conditions of workers.
