Complaints Increased Against Facebook Social Media Site in Lockdown

During the lockdown, the usage of the internet is increased due to digital or online work. Employees started work from home with new internet connection speed, students start learning from online classes. In this duration, the request for internet broadband connection and high speed increased. Similarly, consumer complaints against internet service providers also increased in graph compare to before pandemic days.  After analysis of our online consumer complaint platform, we find one thing new that is a number of complaints against social media sites also increased in their numbers, specially Facebook. 

We have a big list of consumers, who filed a complaint against the world's best social media site, named Facebook. 

What is the most common consumer complaint against Facebook social media site?

1. Facebook Marketplace: Package not delivered, looking for a replacement, delivered item is wrong, the seller is fraud and not receiving a call, etc. are the most common complaints registered by the consumers.

2. An account is blocked: In many complaints, we find consumers are not able to access their Facebook account. In this lockdown, users of Facebook start login their accounts after a long period of time, and due to this reason, Facebook asked some verification from the users.
