 Now, you should add some baking soda and hot water to the bottle and leave it to sit for a few hours. You probably know about the numerous cleaning qualities of baking soda. Instead of it you can also use a mild solution of bleach and water. 

 After several hours remove the liquid and place some soap inside the plastic bottle and add warm water. Now, it is time to push the large end of the baby brush into the bottle and move it around. In case the bottle is too big, you can use the smaller brush. That's why I advised you earlier to get a brush with two ends. 

 At this point you should shake the bottle a few times to work the soapy solution around the bottle. After that empty it and rinse several times to remove soap residue. Also you can clean the outside of the bottle using a sponge and soapy solution.
