3. NBPNP Entrepreneur Program

New Brunswick is another province which is actively welcoming high net-worth individuals who could contribute actively to the province. NBPNP requires high net-worth individuals to invest a minimum of CAD $250,000 in the province. The investor will be visiting the province first to evaluate and gauge the area where the investor would want to invest. After that the investor will be providing a business plan and entering into agreements with the NBPNP. Once he complies with all the regulations for investments and business, he will be granted a nomination from New Brunswick. With help of this nomination, the immigrant can proceed to apply for permanent residency with Canada IRCC.

4. Intra Company Transfers

This program is especially designed to help corporates transfer their personnel from the higher management group to Canada with an intention to either open a branch of the corporation in Canada or set-up a parent company in Canada. The foreign highly skilled professional will first enter Canada with a work permit under Intra Company Transfers. Such a high skilled professional needs to prove that he has been employed with the corporation full time at least for one year during the past 3 years. The corporation will provide a job offer to the foreign national.
